Starting 2019 Off on the Right Foot

2019 is shaping up to be a great flying year for the Utah Rocket Club. Our permits have been submitted and we have already received approval from the BLM and are awaiting approval from the FAA. The government shutdown affected both organizations, the BLM was very proactive and pushed our approval through to avoid any delays. The FAA is still in the works but at this time we believe everything should be in place prior to the March launch. We will continue to update as we near the launch dates. Our next member meeting takes place on Monday, March 11th. As we always do, we are looking for some interesting presentations and subjects for this meeting or any future meetings.We thought we'd reach out to you and other members and see if you have an area of interest that you would like to share with other members? Do you have an idea for a presentation that you would like to see? We would love to hear from you. If you have any suggestions or would like to help make UROC even better, please send a note with your ideas.
