We will be in a different room for this meeting! The council chambers are being used during our meeting so we have moved to a different room upstairs (still in the north building). The room we will be in for the March meeting is N2-800 (COW). It should work great for us. Again, please no food or drink in the meeting rooms. We are still planning on a projector to be available.
We would like you to bring YOUR stuff! This meeting is all about getting ready for the launch later in the month. With that said, we want you to bring any projects that you have questions about. Also if you have some new toys you are planning on using this year that you've recently acquired, we'd love to see those too (electronics, cameras, recovery gear) etc. This is a great way to get your projects set up right!
We will be talking events and contests for HellFire. We have had a few ideas shared on what people would like to see in a contest and other events. We'd love to discuss and have everyone offer up any other ideas they might have too.
We will be discussing the March launch. Will it be happening? I'm not sure which one is less reliable, the weather or our federal government... Either way, there are some concerns with the March launch date. We will discuss to and make sure we have a plan to move forward.
We have cards! All of the membership cards printed and ready to hand out to all those that have renewed recently, thanks by the way for renewing or signing up for the first time. Thanks Bryan and Randy for getting that glut of cards printed and caught up! Having lots of cards to print is actually a good problem for us!
