Any advacned L2's or L3's feel like helping us out?

I need some guidance on a rocket build with dual deploy. The rocket at the moment weighs 40Lb's and its a 4 inch fiber glass airframe with a 60 inch chute.

This 40LBs is the mass with the motor and 29lbs with no motor. According to some parachute suppliers, thats a 96 inch chute. this is fine, but hard to fit in a 4 inch body tube. thats issue 1 of 2000.

issue 2 of 2000, how big of a drouge chute am i looking at? how do i determine this? One rule i have read is to ensure that deployment speed for main is 50MPH or less?

the rocket is a wildman extreme with a 9LB payload in the nose cone area. Stability is 7.02 cals using the L1420 motor to a simed altitude of 8200 feet.

drouge is set to deploy at apogee, and main set to deploy at 500 feet AGL

any help on these 2 things would be great. We have all our electronics, we just had the wrong sizes of chutes. I know a 60 inch chute is to small

thanks

if email or texting works better i can do that too. or even phone calls or zoom
